This policy explains what information is collected when you use runready.win ("RunReady", "we", "us") and how it is used. Effective date: October 19, 2026.
Information you enter in the calculator
The training calculator runs entirely in your web browser. The details you enter, such as your name, recent run, goal and availability, are used to build your plan on your device. They are not sent to or stored on our servers. When you download your plan as an Excel file, the file is created in your browser and saved directly to your device.
Hosting and server logs
RunReady is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. It reports aggregate information such as page views, referring sites, country and browser, and is designed not to use cookies or track you across other websites.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads, which helps keep RunReady free.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
- Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Where required by law, for example for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalized advertising cookies are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect the ads you see but not how the calculator works.
Other third-party services
Pages use fonts from Google Fonts and a spreadsheet library delivered by cdnjs (Cloudflare). Your browser contacts these services to download those files, which shares standard technical information such as your IP address with them.
